Admin-managed athlete profiles
Start by submitting your athlete information through the Get Evaluated form. Our TruScout team reviews your submission, builds your athlete profile, and manages your recruiting presentation. If approved, you'll receive an invite link to view your profile and track updates.
Players can submit updates and new film, but TruScout controls the official profile to ensure every athlete is presented professionally and consistently.

Complete the Get Evaluated form with your academics, measurables, film, and parent/guardian contact.
2. TruScout reviews & builds your profile
Our team verifies the information, organizes your film, and crafts a recruiting-ready profile.
3. Receive your invite link
Approved athletes get an email invite to set up a login and access their portal.
4. View profile, submit updates
Log in to see your profile, highlights, coach interest, and next steps. Request updates anytime — admin reviews before publishing.

New athletes don't sign up here. Submit your info via Get Evaluated and TruScout will email you an invite once your profile is approved.
